You have a view of the ocean and at night when you are laying on your new mattress, you can open your sliding glass doors and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. The floors are luxury vinyl planks that are ideal for this type of environment…wet suit and towels on the floor, no problem…dog likes to run and slide, let it go…sand all over the floor, easy clean up. This property hasn’t been in the rental program since it was remodeled so everything is like brand new. If you decide to use it as a rental the beauty of this unit is you can pick and choose when you want to use it instead of having to take what is available if it were already in the program. If that is your decision, you will need a membership whether it be the Beach membership or the Full membership which includes golf. And did I mention the restaurants on property? You can choose from Sushi, to an Italian Steakhouse, a Sports Bar, or an Ocean front dining experience. And if you feel like staying in, you can always order a pizza and pick up fresh homemade Gelato. During the day there are two other places you can eat…the pool…no need to leave your chair, they will serve you…or the Hammock House. There are multiple bars, live entertainment usually on the weekends and a coffee shop if you need a pick me up.
